Our driver Jose was great, unfortunately the line for customs was crazy long, so Jose got stuck waiting outside in the heat for us for more then 2 hrs, yet he was still very pleasant and polite. He showed us some landmarks on the way to our hotel, he got us to our hotel safely in a very reasonable time, he didn’t just drop and go he spoke to the attendant for us and waited till it was our turn, he’s got a hood sense of humor too. The company itself was easy to work with, we knew who our driver was and what car he would be driving, would recommend to family and friends.Driver was the best! He was extremely friendly! He also stopped us at several sightseeing places along the way to take pictures! He communicated with us the entire ride and played enjoyable music.

It was a private transfer for a lot less money than the resort was charging for shared transfers to/from airport. I saved $100 by using their services and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Best part was receiving an email with the drivers name & license plate number so I could be assured I was getting in the right vehicle.
