We travel as stand by passengers and we never know when we will be able to get a seat. Our plan was to fly from Miami to Punta Cana, with hotel stays already paid. We couldn’t get on any flights that day, leaving us with the only option to fly to Santo Domingo and them find a transfer to Punta Cana. We found Diamond on Google and tried contact. They respond in less than 2 minutes. After agreeing with the price, Ale sent us an invoice and link to make a payment. Long story short, we arranged transfer in less than 30 minutes. I was a little nervous because we were arriving at night, flight was delayed, so I didn’t know if the driver would be there, and I was worried by the fact we had our children with us. We arrived and Mario the driver was patiently waiting for us with a sign. The driving was smooth and a little under 2 hours in a van only for us, with AC. Thank you Ale and Mario for the great service!
