I request a refund! I was at the meeting place well before the beginning of the tour, and I was assured by other tour guides who looked at my print out that indeed I was at the right spot too! Then I was told you all had left! Luckily a man helped me to catch up with a tour guide on the tail end and I had to pay euros instead of prepaying, but at least I I got to go, but it was not this same tout, it was much shorter! I paid through PagPal. Valerie FrancoThe tour was worth every penny and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. We visited all main land marks and even got a good recommendation for a meal after.

Our guide was fantastic, certainly knows his information inside and out. Reasonably hot day, so pack a big bottle of water. You do get to refill it twice. Not really many stops during the 3 plus hours of this tour. Loved skipping the queues.

We bought these tickets several months in advance, and planned our morning around this. (I will rate the lesser tour separately.)

Make damn sure you get a guy named Giuseppe as your guide. 3. Show up and profit. Seriously: Giuseppe was awesome. He was very accommodating, makes sure you get to go to the good entrances, and you see a lot for four hours.

A great tour but lots of walking and lots of steps. The one thing that blew me away in Rome were the crowds something that coming from Australia we dont really see. Our Guide was brilliant and she told us how to navigate thru the crowds and also how to move people along so you could get to a good photo spot. We only did part of the tour as we had already visited the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps & Pantheon on another tour but the Colosseum and Roman Forum parts were excellent. Take water wear good shoes and prepare to have your personal space invaded.
