Stop to enjoy some "Bánh Xèo" and "Bánh Khọt" (South and Central rice pancakes), and learn how they are made from a chef with over 20 years experience. Or the option 2, you will taste the best 3 amazing local dishes with crispy fried shrimp spring rolls enjoy with chili sauce; steamed rice pancake rolled with grilled pork and herbs, served with fish sauce and young jackfruit salad with pork and shrimp served with sesame griddle cake enjoy with sweet and sour fish sauce.

Bò Kho is packed with tender, fall-apart braised chunks of beef loaded with herbs, aromatics and a delicious broth that go perfectly with Vietnamese baguette! We, a family with two teenagers, had a great tour with the Streetfood Man in Saigon. At the beginning of our tour, we were picked up on time at our hotel. After a short briefing, we went to a total of 4 stops. These were all in places where you wouldn't have gone to eat on your own, which allowed us to experience Saigon from a completely different perspective. The food at all stops was delicious and it was exciting to try so many different dishes surrounded by locals. Our guide Huy was great. Right from the start, he and his team knew how to create a very relaxed atmosphere and, in addition to many interesting details about Vietnamese street food, also conveyed a lot about everyday life in Saigon. Experiencing the city at night from a scooter was fantastic. It was a feeling of being part of the ever-living city. Thanks to our guide Huy and the other drivers Dong, Vy and Nhien, we felt absolutely safe at all times. The four of them were a great team and kept us super entertained during the trip and at every stop. The tour was one of our absolute highlights in Saigon and an unforgettable family experience! Absolutely amazing tour! The food was exceptional, the information was super interesting and we learned a ton about the food/HCM. Alex and Katie, our guides, were incredibly knowledge, friendly, and fun. We tried a ton of delicious foods we never would've discovered and saw lots of areas of the city we wouldn't have known about. My friend and I loved that it was a private tour with two guides, it made the experience really festive. Alex and Katie not only explained lots of interesting details about the food (how it's made, how to eat it, etc), but also shared about their own background with us and told us about living in HCM as locals. Highly highly recommend this tour!
