First time Stand Up Paddle Boarding? No Problem! Beginners will receive an introductory lesson at the beginning of the tour in the calm, shallow, and protected waters of Makena Bay. Most guests are up and paddling within 30 minutes of instruction.
This trip is perfect for beginner, intermediate, or expert SUPers!

What to expect
This tour is an extraordinary adventure that allows you to explore Maui from a completely unique, one-of-a-kind perspective. In this private Stand Up Paddle Boarding Tour, an experienced guide will take you along one of Maui's most beautiful and pristine coastlines - bustling with sea life, natural beauty, and incredible views of the Haleakala summit, Molokini Crater, Pu`u Olai, and the South Maui shores. Your expert instructor will work with you to improve your paddling technique while you learn about Maui’s rich marine environment, ancient geology, and natural history. Test your balance, get an incredible workout, and learn fun facts about Maui!
Bring a hat, sunglasses (with sunglass straps!), swim suit, and flip flops/beach shoes. Any valuables can be packed in your guide's waterproof dry bag. Come ready to get on the water!

I spent an incredible morning with SUP guide, Sky, paddling the beautiful coast line, snorkeling with turtles and loving every minute of my experience on the water. Sky knew all the great places to go and was knowledgeable about the marine life. Though I’m experienced paddling fresh water, I had never paddled the ocean and Sky’s tips for paddling helped to boost my confidence. He kept safety first and watched the wind patterns and waves to guide the journey. An added bonus is the pictures Sky takes with his Go Pro as part of the package.
