Private Signature Italian Dinner Cruise in Stuart Florida

Our Dinner Cruise is really an unique experience: real Italian food, something you cannot find if not in Italy, something different, cooked aboard by an Italian chef by scratch, while you will be pampered by a crew of 3 cruising on a luxury yacht! The route is scenic, you will see amazing Villas and unreachable spots if not on a boat. We have many recurring Guests, we hope you will become too!

VERY IMPORTANT: you must pick ONE first course and ONE second course that will be served equally to all the Guests. Dessert can be picked individually. You MUST contact us by phone or email immediately after your reservation is completed to let us know your choices on our Menu, wine or liquors.

You will experience your Signature Italian Dinner on Obsession Yacht, a 41ft 29tons Yacht build in 2005 and totally re-fit in 2019. Powered by 900 HP Crusaders and 2 generators the yacht has 2 staterooms, one with queen bed and one with 2 bunk bed. The vessel has a large bathroom (head) and a separate shower. A large salon with dining table for 6, leather couch and entertainment center will give you all the comfort to relax and enjoy a movie or your preferred music by our state of he art HIFI system, Bluetooth and Internet WIFI available. The Kitchen (Galley) is downstairs the salon and is where the magic food cooked by Capt Dany comes. Outside a large aft deck, a 4 people tanning bed on he bow deck and upstairs the Command flybridge with a U couch for 6 Guests to enjoy the view while on our way. We will sail from Shepard Park passing Roosevelt draw bridge on the Indian River, coasting Sewall point, then Manatee Pocket, St Lucie outlet and South on the ICW to Peck Lake were we anchor to serve your dinner. We will return at about 10 PM or later. During the cruise we will serve appetizers and you will have full access to our winery and full bar.

• Alps Risotto - Porcini mushrooms Risotto Alpi style in white truffle oil and Fontina cheese sauce

• Tagliatelle al Prosciutto di Parma - Homemade egg “tagliatelle” (fettuccini) with white Parma prosciutto sauce in white truffle oil
• Penne pasta alla Carbonara - Penne pasta "Alla Carbonara", the REAL one, tossed in a creamy eggs, parmesan, cream and smoked bacon sauce.
• Farfalle pasta "Capt Dany" - Farfalle pasta 'Capt Dany", tossed in a Mortadella, shredded Parma Prosciutto, yellow and red peppers, parmesan cheese and cream sauce.
• "Obsession" Tuscany soup - "Obsession" Country soup Tuscany style with garlic/parmesan croutons (Recipe is a secret!!)
• Tortellini alla Panna - Homemade Tortellini alla Panna, tossed in a cream/parmesan sauce with white truffle.
• Filet mignon "Alla Rossini" - Filet mignon "Alla Rossini", a grilled prime cut filet grilled butterfly then stuffed with Fontina cheese and Parma prosciutto.
• Classic Northern Italian Filet Tartare - Prime filet finely hand chopped seasoned with egg, parmesan, onion, parsley, Dijon sauce, Ketchup sauce. EVOO, salt and pepper. Served with Crostini.
• Salsiccia stufata con fagioli (A classic farm Tuscany dish) - Italian (real from Italy) sausage Sautee in a tomato/onion/brown beans and EVOO sauce, served with fresh bread. (CUSTOMERS FAVORITE!!)
• Shrimp Kabobs Mediterranean style. - Shrimp Kabobs Mediterranean style. Grilled, seasoned by hands each one with our secret mix. It seems they are NEVER enough!!
