Private Pizza Cooking Experience
Overview
An exclusive private experience, only for your group. Learn to make a real Italian pizza from a master pizza maker. The original pizza, made with the best ingredients, as the buffalo mozzarella or the sicilian cherry tomato, and following tradition. Have fun sticking your finger in the dough, our pizza maker, an industry expert, will tell you about the history and tradition of the pizza, its secrets, its processing, the choice of ingredients, the flour used. Together you will have the opportunity to make the traditional pizzas such as the Margherita and the Sicilian pizza called sfincione. After putting the pizzas made with your own hands in a wooden oven, you will follow closely the cooking process, then take them out of the oven and finally relax with your pizza and a glass of Sicilian wine. Our pizza chef is known throughout the city for the quality of his pizzas and for being the first pizza-maker to invent pizzas made with new recipes that use typical Sicilian ingredients.

This is the perfect tour for foodies!! We learned so about food and actually got learn about pizza making from a chef in a gorgeous pizzeria before dinner service started. The chef even sat with us after the class to answer questions about the nuances of pizza making. We didn’t get to make the dough (because of time) but the chef showed us how to stretch the dough, we got to pick a pizza from the menu to make, and we had the chance try to get our pizza from the bench to the oven. Lots of laughs at how bad we were at it!! But, the kitchen staff was patient and welcoming. We had a great time and would do it again. If you’re looking for an actual class, not a demonstration, and want to learn about pizza-this is your class.Giselle_P
