Thanks to my tour guide on my Egypt trip, we discovered there is no such company as Camel Ride Giza Pyramids. It was Emo. The guide who fortunately speaks Arabic arranged for the driver to pick me up at my hotel. He spoke no English; so, I had no opportunity to ask questions I had. The guide did meet me, but she did not know my name or where I was staying. I also had some difficulty in understanding her. She had no plan for what she was to show me. I only saw three things. It was my understanding that lunch, dinner, and breakfast and lunch the next day were included. Only breakfast was included. I paid US$20 for a mediocre lunch. My Egypt guide called Sinai Travel around thirty times. They never answered the telephone. Not knowing how I was to get to the airport, I paid the Alexandria driver US$35 to take me to the airport. I think I need to be refunded my extra costs. I did send you an email requesting clarification, but you never responded.
