This was truly the highlight of our trip as you get to see so much of the city and have fun doing it. I loved getting to see the city parks, which I don’t think I would have seen otherwise. We ordered the 3hrs morning tour. We got very lucky and were alone to take the ride that morning, so it ended up in a private tour. We want through the parks, the lake and along the river. We would never had thought to visit these places by foot or by ourselves which would have been a pity as many local people love to spend there free time there. Our guide took pictures during the whole trip, then sent to us by email. A great plus. Bikes are high quality and well maintained. Highly recommandable. There are only a few words that describe two consecutive great tours with Kaspar from Bravo Bikes in Madrid : amazing, friendly, top service ! Tour nr. 1 was a private tour to Casa del Campo, exploring the incredible green side of Madrid that so many people tend to forget or miss in their hurry to visit all other top tourist destinations. These former hunting gronds provide excellent cycling paths, fresh air, perfect views over the city, the royal palace, the cathedral and also visits top sights along the river. Madrid invested millions here to upgrade this area and it shows in a friendly atmosphere. Kaspar provided coffee, water, snacks, a cake and foremost any information on the city, on the Spanish, oin Spain, even on soccer ! Tour nr. 2 was an express tour with 2 persons and Kaspar on a brand new e-bike. Visiting Parque del Retiro, but also cycling Gran Via in the city center, looking at the City Hall and other sights. On both occasions Kaspar took loads of pictures and they were already with us before we arrived back home in NL.
