With Luis’ tours you will feel like family! We took a Zihua/Ixtapa tour Early on our trip to get our bearings and learn more about both towns, the people, etc., but got so much more. Luis is full of knowledge and is so kind and friendly. The tour really helped us get comfortable and decide on our plans for the week since we came with no pre-made plans. We ended up booking a countryside tour and Francisco, “Paco” gave us a day to remember, including meeting a family on their farm where they have a business making handmade roof tiles and bricks among other things. We even got to make some ourselves! We love meeting people so it was a treat to spend the day learning from and about Paco, as well as a stop to meet a local baker and his family. Luis also helped take us to the airport to get our Covid tests a couple days before departure. Thank you Luis & Paco for your care and hospitality! We hope to meet again!!Francisco (Paco) was outstanding. He knew history, made it very interesting and was willing to adapt to our interests. No one could do better and the city is lovely and interesting. Take it.

We enjoyed our tour guide Paco/Francisco. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time! He took us to each designated spot and talked about the area's that we were passing. It was a little spendy, because we only had two in our group, but we wanted to make sure we didn't have to chance any additional covid conditions. Paco respected our space and offered sanitizer when we were in and out of the car. He kept his mask on the entire time, etc. We got to go to lunch, shops and the marina, where he told us how/why a large boat was on it's side! He was helpful and didn't mind taking our picture at places. I would book again. Customer service and information given was worth it. Thanks for making our first trip here safe and comfortable. We had a great tour with Luis. He helped us figure out where we were in Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. We had a great tour with Luis. He helped us figure out where we were in Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. Which is extremely helpful for the rest of your visit, where you can park, great places to eat, the best beaches, interesting recent and historical places to visit later. He showed us the basic skills needed for the Central Market in Zihuatanejo, items that you should and shouldn't bargain for on price. The Central Market is an every market for meat, fish, small kitchen items, clothes, leather sandals and food stalls. Side note, there is a chili relleno restaurant on a corner booth in the market that literally brought tears to my eyes, life Changing rellenos. I suggest you take this tour early in your visit to help ease any concerns of where to go, what is safe, where to eat. This was our first trip to Mexico, with Luis's help we really got to see the lovely side of the people of Mexico, how kind, helpful, talented, rich with culture and genuine concern for their fellow humans. We were asked if we needed help finding a place or were given suggestions about where to go, randomly on the Street. I think this tour is more of a Cultural Embassador Introduction to this part of Mexico. If you want to see the real Zihuatanejo México, beyond the all inclusive meals, drinks and events of your hotel, take this tour. Have a great trip.Francisco/Frankie/Paco/Pancho was so amazing. The man can talk all day and educate you on anything and everything! He made us feel safe and right at home. He showed us what it’s truly like to be apart of the Zihua Community. He’s a real gem.
