Your private driver will be waiting to pick you up near cruise port and take you Horseback riding on the beach and La Bufadora for a safe, flexible afternoon.
Our horseback ride is on a calm beach and estuary outside of town, not on the dusty hills or crowded, dirty city beach of other providers.
Our horses are very well-trained and safe. You can request a guide to walk along in front of the horse.
Our friendly, bilingual guides give you a chance to ask questions about local life and learn about Ensenada, Mexico. They can accompany you for negotiating prices in the flea market upon request.
Child seats for safety at no charge upon request.
And you can ask for a stop for tacos, pictures, a mini-mart or a road side vendor, or drop off at a pharmacy.

We had a wonderful time on our excursion in Ensenada! The massage was very relaxing and the horse back riding on the beach coast was the cherry on top! Our wonderful tour guy also took us to get authentic birria tacos. It was a perfect day getaway. Thank you!

Murro was one of the easiest and best behaved horses I’ve ever ridden. We had a private taxi for the day and the driver was knowledgeable and polite. My wife was nervous and the handler walked her horse the whole way. This was an easy 5 stars.

Jesse and Emelio provided great service for our horse back riding tour. They were available the day before to adjust our tour time, and also waited for our arrival day of tour. Jesse was helpful before and after our trip, and was friendly / professional in ensuring the tour went well!

My family recently cruised to Ensenada on the Disney Magic. I knew that I wanted to experience more of Ensenada than what was offered through the cruise line so we opted to book our excursion through Ensenada Excursions and Tours. After talking about the different options with the family, I elected to have them quote a custom tour that included something for everyone. We ended up riding ATVs at Las Canadas Campamento (one full hour of off-road ATVing), riding horses on the beach at Playa Peninsula, and haggling with the vendors at La Bufadora. We did all of these activities for slightly more than the price of one activity via the cruise line. I was contacted by the company within 24 hours of my inquiry and had constant contact after booking. I knew where I would be picked up, who our driver would be, and when we would be back to the ship. The driver also took pictures for us throughout our visit and they emailed them to us upon completion of the day. I am very pleased with the experience that we had with Ensenada Excursions and highly recommend them.Lita_C

We enjoyed our excursion very much. Jesse, who was our main point of contact before our trip began, was professional and sent us all the pertinent information when needed and was easy to contact with questions. Oscar, our driver, picked us up. He is kind and friendly. He talked to us throughout our trip in good English and used a translator app for the more challenging phrases. We had no problem communicating with him. The horse riding was a “no frills” operation that got us on the horses and onto the beach quickly. There was a nice man who held the rope for my daughters horse (she’s 7 and has never been on a horse before) and he collected sand dollars for her and took good pictures of the full family on our horses on the beach. Then Oscar took us to La Bufadora flea market and blow hole. He told us how to negotiate with the vendors and which restaurants were best on the car ride there. The blow hole was really spouting (!) and we got some souvenirs and drinks. Oscar’s restaurant recommendation (Lidias) had great fish and shrimp tacos and a great margarita. Oscar took a shortcut on the way back to our port. It saved us 20-30 minutes of traffic and then he stopped at the store with us for something we needed before we got back. Overall a wonderful experience if you want the true flavor of Ensenada! This excursion was the highlight of my trip. Oscar was a wonderful guide!
