We had prepaid for the taxi transfer from the airport. Our originating flight itself got delayed significantly, resulting in major changes in our itinerary and we reached the Haneda airport 9 hours later. I had requested BB Trip Co. to change my pick-up time to the new arrival time more than 12 h...
We had prepaid for the taxi transfer from the airport. Our originating flight itself got delayed significantly, resulting in major changes in our itinerary and we reached the Haneda airport 9 hours later. I had requested BB Trip Co. to change my pick-up time to the new arrival time more than 12 hours before the actual pick-up time. However, they did not consider this request and I lost all my pre-paid booking money. This is not a good business practice.
