We will visit a Traditional Prosciutteria, a Fresh Pasta Shop or a Grocery Store, a Tradional Bistrò, an Old Patisserie, a Sandwich Shop and an Artisanal Gelato Shop.

We enjoyed this wonderful tour yesterday in the company of Michelle. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the food of Parma - so lovely to experience this sort of passion about local food. On the tour we enjoyed amazing cuts of local meats, different aged Parmesan, local bread, pasta and cakes. And not forgetting the wine. We could have also had ice cream but were too full from all the delicious food. . We did go today to sample the ice- cream from Ciocco. All in all a wonderful afternoon and can wholeheartedly recommend the tour if you want to learn about and taste delicious food from Parma and surrounding areas.This was a great experience.
