Today we had a wonderful tour with Mimo and pyramids land private tours - everything was perfect. He got in touch the night before to confirm the time and location for the pickup, was on time, polite and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole day. Lots of information, lots of great places to visit and lots of perfect photograph spots. We got to see the Pyramids from many locations, a camel ride, visits to local shops and a great walk through the markets. The finale was the museum and we had some great information we wouldn’t have known if we organised this trip ourselves. I really can not recommend this company and gentleman enough. The most fantastic day.What a fantastic journey with Mimo, the guide with a big heart. I enjoyed every minute with Mimo. He is well versed in the history of Egypt and has fantastic comedic timing. What a fantastic journey with Mimo, the guide with a big heart. I enjoyed every minute with Mimo. He is well versed in the history of Egypt and has fantastic comedic timing. He is patient, knowledgeable, and protective, ensuring we are safe. He is also on time and touched base two days before to make sure all lines of communication were open. The lunch included was perfect; he even set up a boat ride for our group, which was super fun. The overall experience was great. He really wanted us to come away with not just an understanding of the history but also the Egyptian culture. A big thank you to our driver Amr who always kept the car close and the air conditioner on ensuring we got from one place to another safely. I wish I could give more then 5 stars for pyramid land private tours! We were greeted in the morning by the lovely guide, Mimo and driver, Mekawy The car was clean and comfortable and Mekawy made sure to open and close the door upon entry and exit. We had a lovely day consisting of seeing the pyramids, the great sphinx, visiting an essential oil/perfumery, an art shop, visiting the museum and the market. Mimo was patient and so helpful in capturing photos while seeing the amazing sites. He even made recommendations of poses and locations for the photos. We had a lovely lunch where we could choose between four options. This was included in the price of the tour. The food was great and authentic and we loved the appetisers. The museum was so interesting and Mimo was very enthusiastic informing of all the history. We were able to dictate the pace of the visit which was great as we felt like it could have been long winded. Our last stop was visiting the market. Mimo accompanied us and helped us get reasonable prices of items purchased. He gave us useful tips of how to interact and how to make sure we weren’t taken advantage of. Driving in Cairo is pretty chaotic but Mekawy made it seem easy! He was very calm and made us feel very safe driving from location to location. Overall. Mimo and Mekawy did an amazing job giving us a tour of Cairo. We felt supported and safe during the entirety of the trip. We now have knowledge and memories to last a lifetime! My partner and I have plans of returning in the future and we will most certainly seek out the services of Mimo and Mekawy once again. Mimo from the pyramids land private tours was great! Super friendly and enthusiastic about everything we saw. It was the perfect Egyptian tour. We only had one day for visiting and he showed us everything we wanted to see. For 2 younger women we felt very safe. Mimo spoke great English & was very educated about Egyptian culture. Also was great at taking our pictures lol. The car was comfortable and always there when we needed it. Also the air conditioning was a life saver in the 100 degree weather. Highly recommend!
