We visted 3 sites and booked the optional afternoon trip to a Aceto Balsamico producer. We both enjoyed evrything and had a wonderful lunch with Proscuitto thanks to our great guide Elisa.

Wir hatten die Self-Driving Tour zu einer Käserei, einer Schinkenfabrik und anschließend zu einem Balsamico-Hersteller gebucht. Die Tour war super, alle drei Stationen waren sehr interessant, es gab nach jeder Station die Möglichkeit die Produkte zu probieren, sehr lecker!!! Die Tour wird in kleinen Gruppen durchgeführt (wir waren an dem Tag nur zwei Personen + Guide) Absolut Empfehlenswert.Le format est très bien, petit groupe, Les visites des producteurs (Dont un petit producteur de parmesan rien que çela ça vaut le détour) qui sont un peu espacés ce qui permet de voir tranquillement aussi les alentours.
