Sample Menu
• Fresh Spring rolls - Warm-up your taste of food with fresh spring rolls made with the rice paper you have done it by yourself. The filling will be fresh herbs and veggies.
• Steamed Rice - Rice is irreplaceable in Vietnamese daily life. Rice is so popular that we call the meals "ăn cơm" which means "eat rice" instead of lunch or dinner.
• Soup - Soup plays an important role in a Vietnamese meal. Different kinds of soup will be served in different seasons accordingly.
• Braised pork belly with shrimps/ simmered pork ribs/ chicken/ squid - Vietnamese people usually have one braised dish in a meal. We braise porks, fish and chicken. In Donghoi, we also eat seafood like squid and shrimps.
• Stirred fry vegetables - Vietnamese people eat a lot of green vegetables. We always have at least veggie dish in a meal.
• Fried rolls - You will love this typical food in Vietnam. Our homemade fried rolls made of porks, spices, wood-ear mushroom and other herbs will be your favorite.
• Tofu with tomato sauce - Simply cooked but you will be astonished by the taste. It will be a wonderful combination between tofu and tomato.
• Fruit/ Sweet gruel/ traditional sweet cakes - It will be a mistake without you trying the sweet snack. Enjoying a bowl of sweet gruel will be a lovely treatment after the meal.

The hosts made us feel so welcome and we really felt we were part of the family for the evening. The food was cooked fresh and some of the best Vietnamese food I've had whilst in Vietnam. Being able to make rice pancakes made it even more special! Please do this if you are in Dong Hoi
