Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

- Depending on time of day, traffic is heavier. Please budget for additional time when determining your pickup time. During rush hour, allow at least 45 minutes for the closer airport (LaGuardia) and 75 minutes for the farther ones (JFK, Newark)
- Infants must sit on laps

- Facemasks are mandatory for drivers & passengers. Vehicles regularly sanitized. Drivers maintain maximal physical distance possible. Drivers open & close car doors/trunks to minimize passenger contact.

I filed a complaint last Monday and asked for a refund but still no reply. On wednesday I emailed this company about this issue. So far no reply. Weeks in advance I made a reservation for my family to be picked up at 04.30pm last Monday. This was at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square south hotel to JFK. Early in the Monday morning we got a: “Show me my car” link. At 04.30 pm no SUV, 04.45 no SUV. Asked the hotel to dial your number. They phoned twice, Phone wasn’t answered. My wife, son and grandchild panicked. They waited till 05.00pm. No SUV. They had a plane to catch to Amsterdam. Finally they got hold of a yellow cab to take them to JFK, hopefully in time during rush hour. Another $ 75 had to be payed. No calls, no notification of any delay. I payed € 104 to your company which I can’t rely on. I read your terms and Conditions and it says a lot about the customer not showing up, but nothing about you not showing up or being too late. I am really very pissed about this. You offer service you can't rely on. As to my knowledge finally the driver showed up at 05.10pm. but then my family were already on their way to the airport with a yellow cab. That was not the deal.It was only a transfer fro JFK to Manhattan and a transfer back from Manhattan to JFK. All was on time

Booked and paid for a car to take us from Midtown Manhattan to JFK Airport. Received a message 10 minutes before scheduled pickup time that they were running 10 minutes late and would message us with an update. After another 35 minutes had passed without any updates we called them to find out the status of our car. We were told that they didn’t actually have a car for us and we would need to find a different transportation option for our trip to the airport. Thankfully we’d left plenty of time in our schedule and were still able to make it to the airport. Beware if you’re using this company and actually need to get somewhere by a deadline.The driver arrived on time and quickly got us to the airport with some excellent driving. He was friendly and helpful.
