Simona was our tour guide, she was prompt, friendly, and very smart about getting around in traffic on our way to Florence. We wanted to go straight to Florence and knew places that we wanted to see so we kind of made our own trip up. Simona was able to navigate us through the busy streets, and was so great with pick up points for two elderly parents with us. She took us to the best gelato in Florence, and we ended up having her join us for lunch in one of the piazzas. What a delight. She also took us to some great photo advantage points. I can’t rave enough about Rome in limo. They are so professional, they are much less than a shore excursion from a ship( at least for a party of 5) and they are so much more personal than a tour bus with 60 other people from your ship.shopgirl08_junk

I've used RomeInLimo back in 2015. I had a great experience then and used them again Sept 2019. TERESA was our driver she was outstanding. Very knowledgable about Italy, her english was excellent. She setup a reservation in Florence for a sit down lunch and it was great food. I told her we also wanted to fit shopping in too. We drove to Pisa first as it was only 30mins away. We arrived and it wasn't as crowded. After picture taking, we drove to Florence. I told her we had tickets for Accademia at 11am to see the Statue of David and it was not disappointing at all. She made sure we were able to get it and told us to meet her in 1 hour. Which was enough time for us and it was small musuem. We ate lunch at met her about 2 hrs later. She let us know where the van would be if we arrived earlier than the expected time. She was just hanging out waiting for us. Before heading back to port we stopped to get gelato and stopped at a lookout point to see all of Florence. I would definitely go back.Keaton0514

We had a great experience with Romeinlimo for our private trip from Livorno port to Florence and Pisa for our family of four. Our driver was professional yet friendly and took care to ensure our personal preferences were catered to. There was no rush as we were on our own timetable. We were able to visit places where big tour buses had no accessibility. We had a nice Mercedes van which provided comfortable ride. This is our second trip with Romeinlimo (last one in 2017 to Taormina). Both trips were exceptional. Highly recommended if you want a private trip and personal service.BLL0758

We visited Florence/Pisa as part of a cruise. I usually don't risk not using the cruise lines' tours but they didn't really offer what I was looking for. I started doing some research on private tours and came up with Rome in Limo. They had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Our driver, Vinnie, was easy to locate right outside the port. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. During the drive, he gave us all kinds of information about the places we were passing. Florence was beautiful and he got us around the city nicely making sure we hit all our hot spots including getting to the Accademia on time. If that wasn't enough, he also brought us to Pisa and got us to the Leaning Tower in time for our reservation. During the entire trip, he answered all of our questions and we came away feeling like we saw and learned a lot. He also got us back to the port with plenty of time to spare. Vinnie gets a five star review from us. Rome in Limo is amazing. If you're coming in on a cruise, they will make sure you're back in time. Give them a try!Carolyn B

My driver was named Viny and he was great. The company RomeInLimo responded to all emails in a timely manner.The vehicle was very clean and nice. It was a Mercedes with leather seats and very roomy. I will use this company in the future if they are available in the areas I am visiting.
