Miguel and Pedro are really the greatest guides and people! We were 9 girls on tour, which they handled so very well. They took us to the most beautiful places and also booked a lunch for us, that was just amazing. We will definitively book with them again! Thanks guys!

My wife and I went on this tour with Sonia and Pedro. Both are very nice people, very knowledgeable and very accommodating to our preference to customize the tour. We had a great day trip to Sintra and I would recommend this tour to my friends. I GO PORTUGAL is a small business, (team of four people) owned by Sonia and her husband. We called their number one day in advance, and they were able to accommodate us on the next day. On the day of the trip, Sonia and Pedro picked us up at our hotel right at 9am, and ask about our preference to make a trip plan. We first went to Pena, then had a great seafood lunch at a local restaurant on a beautiful beach, then went to Roca cape, and lastly we add a stop to visit Quinta da Regaleira to accommodate our preference. The visit to Pena and Quinta da Regaleira was arranged in a very efficient way that we skipped most of the line and avoid the crowd, minimizing the wait time. Sonia and Pedro are both knowledgeable about the local history and culture, and really energetic and passionate about their work. We enjoyed the conversation with them. They also took great pictures, my wife really likes the pictures. The local restaurant recommendation is great, and we enjoy the delicious seafood and nice view. After lunch, we also took a walk on the beautiful beach, which is a hiden-gem of the area. We were running late due to the big lunch we had, but they were very accommodating to our preference to still go to Quinta da Regaleira, and stayed extra hours to make that happens. When we headed back to Lisbon, they also went the extra mile and help us pickup our suitcases and transfer to the next hotel stay. To summarize, I really enjoy this trip and enjoy meeting Sonia and Pedro, and appreciate all their work. I highly recommend I GO PORTUGAL to other travelers.C4267MGkarenm

We had a very special day in Sintra and a couple stops on the way back to Lisbon. Our guide, Soninha, was knowledgeable, delightful, fun, caring, and patient. We enjoyed our planned trip in and around Sintra. The palace was worth the trip by itself, but the day got even better. When we talked to Soninha about lunch, she lined up a perfect and delicious spot for us. She then stopped a couple memorable places along the beach on the way home. We had planned on doing a Sintra tour by ourselves and are grateful that our hotel suggested using Soninha's tour guide company because the logistics to the palace are complicated between the trains, busses and sharing the narrow uphill climb with cars. We have had the most amazing day with our guide Pedro. Very informative and interesting. Sintra is beautiful and the history was so well explained.
