Tower Piazza dei Miracoli, Piazza dei Cavalieri.
Pisa is an Italian city in Tuscany known above all for the famous leaning tower. Already off axis when it was completed in 1372, the 56 m high white marble cylinder is nothing more than the bell tower of the marble Romanesque cathedral that stands nearby, in Piazza dei Miracoli. The same square hosts the monumental Camposanto and the Baptistery, where every day non-professional singers test themselves with its famous acoustics.

Stop At: Florence, Florence, Tuscany
Piazzale Michelangelo (where you can admire all of Florence) Santa Croce church, Giotto's bell tower and Piazza della Repubblica, then continue on foot and visit the city center and Piazza della Signoria with the Uffizi museum.
Florence, the capital of Tuscany, is home to many masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture. One of the most famous places is the Duomo, the cathedral with a tiled dome designed by Brunelleschi and Giotto's bell tower. The Galleria dell'Accademia exhibits the sculpture of David by Michelangelo while in the Galleria degli Uffizi you can find The Birth of Venus by Botticelli and the Annunciation by Leonardo da Vinci.

A private tour is the way to go. You can direct and no extra walking. My wife and I very much enjoyed this tour.Francesco was amazing. We had time in Piza and the travelled to Florence. He made sue we had time to explore and made sure we were well equipped for the day! Hitting all the places for photos!

Francesco is a gem! Professional, knowledgeable and a great driver. He asked us what we wanted to do and then set out to achieve that in the most timely and effective way. He took us from the cruise terminal to Pisa giving us insights into the local history, dropped us off in Pisa to look around at our leisure and then took us off to Florence. Having given us a tour showing us the best views and the most famous sights he then recommended we have a couple of hours sightseeing by ourselves and told us of a great place for lunch. He had us back to the ship in good time at the end of our day. A great experience! Highly recommended!
