We were very disappointed with our experience. Our guide ( Ana) was 15 min late, did not speak much English or German. She provided almost no information about the city or the sights, did not know basic facts, history or any local legends or stories. It was a waste of 2 hours just aimlessly walk...

Charming guide-Juan although not a Bern native he was well informed. He was punctual and was happy to tailor make the tour to accommodate our wishes as opposed to reading from a preprepared script.
