What to expect

Are you looking for a unique experience in Galapagos? Immerse yourself in the culinary culture of the Islands and discover its flavors with our cooking class tour. Learn to prepare traditional dishes from a local chef and enjoy the hands-on experience of cooking outdoors in a giant tortoise reserve and lava tunnels.
You will start your day at the reserve, where your chef will greet you and take you to see the
fresh ingredients used in Galapagos cuisine. You will walk paths surrounded by fruit trees and organic orchards, collecting some fruits and vegetables to later move to the kitchen. There you will learn to prepare some of the typical dishes of the island.
Enjoy a variety of menus that include fresh salads, homemade soups or exquisite dishes based on fish, chicken or vegetarian, as well as delicious desserts and refreshing cocktails. Choose the menu that you like the most and learn to cook it with the expert chef of the reserve
