Though I reserved a car and it was confirmed. I sent car to the service provider with the time, location, and itinerary the day before my request. No response and the driver never arrived. Rangga finally responded the next day and with no apologies sent me his/her phone number. Too late. I'...
Though I reserved a car and it was confirmed. I sent car to the service provider with the time, location, and itinerary the day before my request. No response and the driver never arrived. Rangga finally responded the next day and with no apologies sent me his/her phone number. Too late. I'm furious about the lack of professionalism. I asked Viator for a refund. I hope they give it. Please don't use this service. I use Viator frequently throughout the world, and this is the first service provider who has done this.
