初めての利用でわからないことが多かったのですが、利用日の前日にショートメールで、ビックアップの場所、担当の名前などを連絡もらい安心して使うことができました。 その上、荷物の量を確認した上、無料で車格を上げてもらいましました。 到着後予定変更して一時間以上待機してもらったのですか、追加料金ナシで対応いただきました。 本当に丁寧で素晴らしい対応でした。
