- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon request

- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan or a five per sports utility vehicle.

- Facemasks are mandatory for drivers & passengers. Vehicles regularly sanitized. Drivers maintain maximal physical distance possible. Drivers open & close car doors/trunks to minimize passenger contact.

I had a round-trip pickup and drop-off from the airport to my hotel and back. They never picked my wife and I up to take us to the airport. I had to pay a lyft 85$ to get there... When I tried to ask for a refund I was yanked around between Expedia and Carmel saying the other company had to do their part. It was an incredibly unfriendly experience and I will never use this service again. I asked for a full refund of the 100$ I paid and after nearly 3 weeks of calling every other day to get this sorted out I end up with a 40$ refund even though I was told I was getting the full refund by every single person I talked to! They lied to me and at this point I am so defeated from talking to people who lie right to you that they can just keep the 60$. Disgusting business practices. Just use an Uber, Lyft, Taxi, anything but this company.We were picked up at the airport and delivered to the hotel, but they never picked us up for the trip back to the airport. We were picked up at the airport and delivered to the hotel, but they never picked us up for the trip back to the airport. I had even sent an e-mail to confirm the date & time before I paid. When I called to let them know the driver had not arrived, I was told that we did not have a reservation and if we wanted to be picked up, they could do it in an hour. I then started using their text function and eventually got a call after I had already secured a LYFT driver, they said yes, I had a reservation and had pre-paid, they also confirmed the pickup time. Basically they said : "whoops sorry about the lack of driver." Then I got a text message from the company saying that my pickup time was different than what I claimed by 1/2 hour. I asked for my money back, and was told I had to contact a different company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.Mark was so nice, he arrived in a beautiful car and was very engaging with conversation while driving us to the hotel. I would highly recommend him. His demeanor was extremely polite and warm. He is a great driver.

They refused to help us or give us any answers. No refund, no nothing, no answers.
