- Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and maximum size of 158cm. Please note that additional charges may apply for each additional item.
- Please be advised, that your driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are always monitored, so in the event of a delay, your driver will still be waiting for you.
- Please inform us if child seat/booster is needed at the time of the booking.

Tive que pegar um táxi.This was fine aside from the fact that our driver was a few minutes late and never got to the meeting point. He texted for us to come out of the airport and cross two streets to where he parked. That said, the ride was great. Ismael was very personable and helpful. We definitely would do it again.

I prepaid for a private car transfer from the AMS airport to my hotel after a long overseas flight. My driver did not meet me at the AMS airport or contact me. I tried to reach the phone number for the company provided by Viator but it didn’t go through. I ended up taking a taxi to my hotel after searching for the driving in multiple places at the airport, including baggage pickup and the Meetup point. Very disappointed with this experience!The driver never picked us up from the hotel to transfer us to the airport. We also had a problem with the arrival pick up. The driver never picked us up from the hotel to transfer us to the airport. We also had a problem with the arrival pick up. The driver was not at the meeting point in the airport and no one answered my phone calls. My husband found another telephone number that he called and spoke to someone who had the driver call me. The driver said he didnt have all of the pick up information but we should walk out of the airport across the street to the front of the Sheraton hotel and he would be there to pick us up.
