2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location.
7. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

I expected to be met by the driver when we arrived from our flight but there was nobody there. After searching the area in and out of the arrivals area I began to phone to see what had happened. It took me one and a half hours to get any satisfaction and to be assured that our driver would loc...
I expected to be met by the driver when we arrived from our flight but there was nobody there. After searching the area in and out of the arrivals area I began to phone to see what had happened. It took me one and a half hours to get any satisfaction and to be assured that our driver would locate us. He dropped us off at a side entrance to the Chateau Laurier in a torrential downpour and we were left to ourselves to find the main entrance to the hotel. This was a totally unsatisfactory introduction to Ottawa!
