Nous avons fait beaucoup d’achats en Norvège avec promesse d’un remboursement de la TVA . Malheureusement, à l’aéroport de Bergen, au guichet « global blue », un monsieur d’une cinquantaine d’années, a refusé de nous prendre nos tickets et les formulaires permettant de se faire rembourser la TVA . En plus, il a tout gardé, y compris le formulaire où étaient inscrits nos noms, prénoms et numéro de carte bancaire !!! Nous étions furieux et avons eu affaire à un sourire narquois de ce monsieur très antipathique, Global blue .
