Sofia was an amazing tour guide and was so considerate of us! I had several bug bites and she noticed and gave me some cream to smooth the itch. It was also fun diving from the platform in the caves and my friends and I felt very safe with her around (and her past experience as a diving instructor)

It was a full day but well worth the drive from Cancun to Tulum. The tour of the ruins was informative and interesting. The snorkeling with the turtles did not disappoint. My wife is terrified of swimming in the ocean so she spent that time relaxing on the beach while I swam with sting rays and turtles and fish. Our guide, Alma, was a very good instructor for new snorkelers and so much fun. After the snorkel trip our driver, Antonio, managed to get us to the cenote with no issues even though there were tons of large trucks on our route due to construction. Once we arrived Alma again cheerfully explained where we were and what we would be doing. It was beautiful and fun. Lunch after was very good. The photographer that was on the trip with us took amazing pics and the price was very good. There was no heavy armed sales. A great day all around. We had an amazing time today on our excursion. It is the perfect combination. Our guides and driver were really great. I would definitely recommend Ocean Tours.

I have been on other tours before but this one definitely caught my attention everything was perfect from the moment we were picked up from the hotel to the end of the day, they offered snacks and water after every activity Emmanuel was our guide for the day Muriel our photo girl, at the ruins we had an explanation of how things went about at the Mayan times I cant remember the name of the guide, then we were able to snorkel with the stingray and turtles at first i was a bit nervous since i had never snorkelled at the open sea but i felt confident after Emmanuel took charge of everyone in the group, after some traveling time we were inside a cave that words cannot describe is a must lunch was ready for us and we happily agreed to buy the picturesThis tour was great for our family of 4. This tour was great for our family of 4. We were picked up at our hotel without incident and traveled with 8 other people. The tour stopped at one of those gas station marts so that we could buy a little breakfast and go to the restroom if we wanted. The Tulum site was very informative and gave great insights on the Mayan culture. The ruins weren't as spectacular as Chichen Itza. We were fortunate with the snorkeling as we ended up seeing 3 rays, 2 turtles and a school of squid. One of the turtles swam right under me. But compared to Hawaii, the snorkeling here had very few fish. After a 30 minute off road adventure into the jungle, we arrived at the Cenote. The water inside was around 64 degrees as is fairly standard in cenote swimming. We got to jump off a rock about 10 feet up, see bats and spiders and fish, stalactites and stalagmites. We finished up with a nice lunch of pork or chicken and mushroom tacos with beans and rice, pasta salad and cooked vegetables. It wasn't the best tacos during our 7 day stay, but it wasn't bad. Then they showed us the slide show that the professional photographer took. We ended up buying the package because he got some really good pictures of us for $65 US. The couples on the trip had to pay $40.
