PNT is a professional company that strives for 100% customer satisfaction, because of this I rate PNT 5 stars. Below is a complete review of my experience with PNT from planning to departure. My group of 6 used PNT for all of our Jordan trip planning needs because of a recommendation from our friend. Nada and Raghad helped us put our trip itinerary together and answered our questions. PNT provided helpful information about Petra, general tips for getting around Jordan and a local cell phone so that we could easily reach our driver. PNT helped us arrange our visas on arrival. A representative greeted us at the airport to go through immigration, and we were able to skip the long lines which made the process quick and painless. Airport visas and transfer were only included if our group all arrived together. My group arrived in 2 waves, due to flight delays. PNT was still able to accommodate the visas and airport transfers for the 2nd group with an added additional fee. We were transferred around in a van equipped with WiFi and water. Our driver picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at our hotel in downtown Amman. He also drove us around to all the sights (Mt.Nebo) for our first full day, but he lacked a certain level of hospitality I was looking forward to. PNT was quick to correct this for us. They arranged for another driver for us without disturbing our itinerary. Our 2nd driver Moawiah (Mo) was a rockstar! From our initial meeting Mo was warm and welcoming. He is the epitome of Jordanian hospitality that I read about and was hoping for. Mo catered to all our needs and ensured that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Mo talked to us about everyday life in Jordan and gave us space when we needed. He shared recommendations on different activities we could do in each city we visited in our free time. He introduced us to the best shawarma in Petra and best falafel I’ve ever eaten near Jerash. He even bought us fresh strawberries from the side of the road after letting us know they were in season. When he learned that we haven’t had a good cup of Jordanian coffee he stopped by a coffee shop on the side of the highway with a magnificent view so we can enjoy the rest of our afternoon. Our Petra spot guide, Basel, was amazing. He is very knowledgeable in all things Petra and was patient in answering all of our questions. He knew the best spots to take great pictures and pointed out all the shapes and wonders of Petra. Basel went above and beyond to ensure that my group was comfortable and taken care of. We spent 1 day in Wadi Rum with another spot guide Yaihia, and he was also great in taking the best photos for my group. He showed us all the wonders of the Wadi Rum and slowed to point out animals we saw along the way. He told us about the different caves and natural bridges we saw along the way and we spent time playing on the sand dunes. With Mo and all of our spot guides, my group never felt rushed and we felt like we were being taken care of. PNT made this whole experience very enjoyable and hassle free. We really appreciate Mo and his attention to detail for our trip. He was completely genuine and put his best efforts to ensure we had a memorable time in Jordan. I wholeheartedly recommend PNT for anyone considering a trip to Jordan. After being recommended Petra Night Tours from a co-worker and hearing his rave reviews, we decided to give it a try. After being recommended Petra Night Tours from a co-worker and hearing his rave reviews, we decided to give it a try. Usually being the ones to plan our own itineraries, we decided to put the fate of our trip into the hands of Petra Night Tours (there was six of us). We did the multi day private tour of Jordan and provided our interests to PNT for them to create an itinerary for us. You can choose what kind of package you'd like - my friends & I kept it between 3-4 stars. NOTE: Please keep in mind that if you book the private tour, you will only be provided with a driver. If you want a tour guide, you will have to pay additional for this. My friends & I found this out the hard way. We were provided a driver Ali - who picked us up and dropped us off at the appropriate locations, however this was all he did. We were looking for a more personal experience especially after hearing all the great reviews so we expressed our concerns to PNT who was quick to rectify the situation. They changed our driver and provided us Moawiah S whom I must say is amazing (godsend). He greeted us from the very first second and made us feel welcomed - he showed us the true meaning of Jordanian hospitality; the one that you read about online. Mo made sure we were satisfied, comfortable and even hydrated. He provided us the true local, personal experience that we were looking for and made this trip THE BEST TRIP EVER: fresh strawberries, falafel sandwiches, and the best falafels in my entire life. So THANK YOU Mr. Moawiah S. The spot guides we had for our tours in Petra (Basel) and Wadi Rum (Yaihia) were also some of the kindest people ever. If you can request them for your Petra & Wadi Rum tours you should definitely do so. They are knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional and great photographers! You will not regret. The driver that you receive will truly shape the experience of your trip. As we have experienced, some are more knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond than others. I highly recommend Mohammed (he drove us from our hotel to Petra and the 5 minutes we had with him were great: he welcomed us, gave up recommendations and we shared laughs). To save the best for last Moawiah S. is also HIGHYLY recommended - he will go out of his way to make this the most amazing/memorable trip you've ever had & that is exactly what he has done for us. What started as a basic average experience has turned into an excellent memorable experience. So thank you PNT for allowing us to meet such amazing, hospitable humans: Mohammed, Basel, Yaihia, and Moawiah are truly the best.We just finished our private tour, packed with wonders and lots of pleasant surprises beyond our expectation, and couldn’t thank more to our guide, Mohammed Afaneh. We just finished our private tour, packed with wonders and lots of pleasant surprises beyond our expectation, and couldn’t thank more to our guide, Mohammed Afaneh. We visited Madaba, Mt.Nebo, Karak, Petra, Wadi Rum and Jerash in four days. He took care of everything we need in detail and in advance, and also being flexible of changes responding our condition. He is a good company of long drive, knowledgeable and speaking perfect English, and very safe driver. (Car is very comfortable and with WiFi!) All local guide arranged for us were excellent; Ali Al-Masadeh in Petra, had longer than a quarter century of experience, answered all question we asked, knows best spots to take great pictures. Yahyah in Wadi Rum, loves his life in the desert , helped us just enjoy this vast desert without any worries, and showed us best scenery in the season together with famous sites such as early spring flowers’ carpet, baby camels and goats...and also beautiful sunset with a cup of tea made by himself with fire in the desert. And Hasan in Jerash, explained how unique and meaningful of the place with his deep knowledge and passion. We may missed many things without him, of one of the most beautifully preserved Roman city. We really thank them all.We had a very good experience with PN Tours and our week long trip was well planned. They are honest and reliable and I would use them again. Their fees were competitive. What can I say?! This was definitely the highlight of our stay in Jordan - Tayseer is such an incredible, professional and friendly driver, guide and support. He took care of everything including the little extras- Covid tests and a Turkish bath. Nothing was too much trouble. He organised amazing guides for Petra and Wadi Rum - Jabril was knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Petra; Mohammed in Wadi Rum gave us the best Bedouin tea I’ve ever had! Tayseer himself was amazing - we felt safe in his hands, and he made sure that everything went smoothly and we were enjoying ourselves. His driving is excellent too! I wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone thinking about visiting Jordan; we wish we could stay longer but the 3 day tour that we did do was certainly packed but with enough breathing time to rest. I can’t wait to come back!My friend and I visited a Jordan for 4 days and had a fantastic 4 days with Petra Night Tours! My friend and I visited a Jordan for 4 days and had a fantastic 4 days with Petra Night Tours! Our driver Tayseer picked us up in the airport and provided transportation to Petra, then to Wadi Rum, then Amman, then to the airport. He was extremely professional, kind, but also vigilant and kept us feeling very safe as two women traveling. He was easily accessibly on WhatsApp at all times, and flexible with regard to what we wanted to do on our trip. He also added plenty of great stops during our drives (Dead Sea, dinner spots, places to but Dead Sea products, etc) along the way to help break up the drive and add to the experience. He even gave us his WiFi hub to bring to one of our hotels! (Had WiFi in the car too). The whole experience was great, thank you Tayseer! I also need to mention Yehea our Bedouin guide in Wadi Rum - we had the MOST amazing, relaxing, but also super fun Jeep tour with him in wadi rum doing small hikes and sand boarding, with a final stop to watch the sunset where he made a fire to make tea. He was absolutely fantastic, super kind, professional but very personable. Thank you everyone!!
