What to expect
Day 1: Dar es salaam to Mikumi
Stop At: Mikumi National Park, Mikumi National Park, Morogoro Region
Picked up from Airport, Ferry or Hotel and drive directly to Mikumi national park we stop at Morogoro for lunch then still have the journey to Mikumi national park it use almost 6 hours to Mikumi national park after arrival to Mikumi national we will start an evening game drive till the sunset and then return to the cottages for dinner and overnight at Mikumi Bandas.

Day 2: Game drive mikumi national park and Masai Village.
Stop At: Mikumi National Park, Mikumi National Park, Morogoro Region
After breakfast we start full day game drive to spotting animal in Mikumi national park and feature of Mikumi national park is plain so you have the abilities to sport a lot of animals. Mikumi national park it host Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Impala, zebras and so many wild animals, We get lunch to the picnic camp sites which are found to the Mikumi national park. After the Lunch we will head outside the park to the Masai Village for Cultural tours and on evening we will hgo to the Camp Bastian Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3: Mikumi National Park and Dar es salaam

Early morning breakfast after breakfast drive back to Dar ea salaam via morogoro town. On arrival in Dar es salaam you will be dropped at the ferry for last ferry to Zanzibar/Airport or Hotel.

Its been an amazing experience! From meeting the Masais Tribe to spend all day at the Mikumi Park seeing all kind of animals. Our guide Isaya was incredible, we felt like home with him! Thank to him we saw lions three times, crocodiles, hypos, bufalos, ñus, elefants, zebras, monkeys, antilopes!! Very very good price for the experience! Our first driver Peter took us from Dar to the first stop where we changed the cars and we had the chance to taste very fresh roasted cashews & excellent coffee. Our personal highlight during the Safari was Isaya from Kihindo Tours. All in all we were more than satisfied with the handling. Everything just worked perfectly. Already on the outward journey from Dar to Camp Bastian we have sighted the first animals thanks to the good eyes of our guide. The accommodation was very comfortable. Also the food was very good, the service was excellent. The visit to the massai village was a unique experience as well as the safari on the second day. Isaya managed to get us ALL the animals living in the park in front of the camera and was always in a very good mood. Isaya is a young, eager man wanting to give the best of him to bring quality to the trip. He responded promptly to all my questions via WhatsApp and found the perfect safari for us, two families with kids. We arrived to Selous Reserve and he was waiting for us with his big smile and friendly attitude to introduce us to our AMAZING ranger named Joe. Joe not only is nice and fun, but he’s knowledgeable and really knows the place very well so we had 2 great days chasing animals, going through different parts of the reserve and learning a lot while having fun!!! He even took us to a hot spring. We saw many animals and had a blast, and the most important: we felt safe!!! We stopped at “Selous Impala Camp” a jewel inside the park with super friendly staff, yummy food and great chilled vibe- I’d definitely recommend Isaya + Joe for an endless memory adventure.
