We weren't informed that the park was split into two sections, "wet"/"dry", and wouldn't have access to some of the attractions on the "wet" side that didn't actually involve water (aka The Town, bird flight, etc.) because we didn't wear swimwear. We were just planning on not doing the mud river but ended up only doing the photo ops in the main pinwheel and then the Xensatorium, which was the main/only thing on the dry side. It was a neat park but it seemed silly to need to walk under a water feature to see a dry optical illusion town.
