BODEGA DIAMANDES - CLOS DE LOS SIETE
One of the most amazing wineries of Uco Valley to begin the day. Located in the prestigious Clos de los 7 vineyard, and Winner of the ‘best winery in the World for its architecture and gardens’ trophy, this incredible winery, concentrates the most modern technology of winemaking.
You will taste 5 wines and 3 cheese varieties and discover all the secrets of the winery.

Stop At: Bodega Piedra Negra, Ruta Provincial 94 - km 21, Vista Flores 5565 Argentina
Piedra Negra is the very first Estate of Uco Valley. A unique Know-How guided by the famous Lurton's Family, who, for 22 years produced fine whites with no commune varietals (Tokaj, Pinot Grigio, Viognier...) and very elegant reds. During your visit you will taste their best wines included some vintage and enjoy the beauty of Los Chacayes from the terrasse.

On the way back to Mendoza, you will stop at Domaine Bousquet for a great lunch served in the most breathtaking view of the Andes. Owning one of the most famous organic wineries of Argentina, the Bousquet family hails from the South of France and has 4 generations of history in the winemaking tradition. Gaia restaurant is a contemporary bistro with a focus on organic ingredients designed by executive chef Adrian Baggio.

El Valle de Uco, tiene la particularidad como toda la provincia de Mendoza-Argentina; de poseer unas tierras ideales para la plantación de viñas y la obtención de unos de los mejores vinos del mundo. Este Valle está ubicado al norte del río Tunuyán y la famosa zona de: Tunuyán, Tupungato y San Carlos. También se puede decir que aparte de sus famosos viñedos, ofrece aceites de Olivo de primerísima calidad; y últimamente se ha visto agraciado por el turismo de diversas ramas como: aventura, religioso, cultural, de naturaleza en general (avistaje de aves, paisajes, ríos, etc), y el "camino del vino" donde innumerables bodegas grandes y pequeñas ofrecen su elixir y degustación amén de una visita guiada a sus bodegas. Turísticamente hablando, en invierno está muy cerca de los centros de esquí, también pueden practicar tirolesa, botes de goma en ríos rápidos, etc. Es hermoso y asombroso el paisaje por su conjunción de montañas, nieve, coloridos paisajes.
