We attended the whiskey tour on July 5 and it was one of the highlights of our vacation in Ireland. The whiskeys selected for our tasting were all excellent and we learned a lot about what to look for and taste. There were three couples on our particular tasting. Two couples had much experience tasting Irish Whiskey, while we had none. We got along well and everyone had a great time. After we got back from our trip, we found that this experience was the one that most people wanted to talk about. It also helped us decide on gifts to bring back from Ireland. I highly recommend this experience for both newbies (like us) and experienced drinkers.Had a great time. The tastings were great and the guide is very knowledgeable. I felt it was perfectly timed and well worth it! I recommend!

I recommend!Wonderful experience learning about how Irish whiskey is made and how it pairs with different cheeses and treats. Tiernan was an excellent guide into the world of Irish whiskey and taught us how to embrace the burn. It was also wonderful to visit the different historical Dublin pubs.

I'm a whiskey novice & prefer vodka still, but this tour was really interesting. The guide, Tiernan, was well-informed & very good at sharing his knowledge. We tried 3 whiskeys at the 1st stop & 2 others at the 2nd. At the first stop, we also had cheese & chocolates to taste along with the whiskey to see how it enhanced or changed the flavor, but it wasn't really a pairing lime you'd see with a wine tasting (which is perfectly fine, just a different experience so don't expect true pairings). My group ended up just being 3 of us so it was almost like a private guide, which was great, but I think works still be a good experience with a slightly larger group. Definitely recommend if you want to learn about Irish whiskeyI like whiskey, but my friend LOVES it, and is an avid collector. Even he learned a lot from Andrew as he guided us through an interesting selection of whiskeys and food pairings. Chocolate and whiskey. Who knew? It was amazing! Highly recommended.
