Positano Bike Tour
Overview
The first part of the highway is completely downhill, a road full of curves and breathtaking views. It will be difficult not to linger several times for some souvenir photos. Before reaching Positano, we will have to climb a 1.5 km climb, but we will not feel the effort, taken by the enthusiasm to reach the coastal pearl where we will stop briefly after which we will return to Sorrento. Along the way back we will then head towards the highest area of the Sorrento peninsula, the Picco Sant’Angelo, a short but demanding climb. Once we reach the top, we will stop for a few minutes to admire the panorama of the gulfs of Salerno and Naples. From Picco Sant’Angelo we will return to Sorrento along the scenic Via Nastro Verde.

Stop At: Positano, Positano, Amalfi Coast, Province of Salerno, Campania
During the tour we will stop in Positano for about 30 minutes which can be used to immerse ourselves in the evocative atmosphere of the pearl of the Amalfi coast, stroll along the characteristic alleys covered with shops famous for the "Positano Fashion" and places to taste the products typical of the coast.

We will cycle along the marvelous coastal road between the mountains and the sea, overlooking a breathtaking panorama and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Salerno. Between a curve and the other we will stop at the small kiosks scattered along the road to rest drinking a fresh lemonade and tasting other typical products of the coast.

- If you have chosen the road bike option, please indicate your choice of pedals (Look, Shimano or Flat)
- Participants will be asked to sign a special form in which they will self-certify, under their own responsibility not to have come into contact with people affected by Covid19 and not to be affected by him / herself. Alternate seats in the van. Obligatory masks in visits and closed places.

Abbiamo fatto un bel tour individuale con una GIANT bici di corsa da Positano a Praiano, Amalfi, Atrani, Minori, Maiori, Capo d'Orso e retour. 52km, ca 900Hm. Mi è piaciuto molto la vista sul mare blue, le salite, le curve e le discendente! Pietro mi ha guidato bene! We had a wonderful time on this 4 hour cycle to Positano - it was just two of us and our guide, who was lovely. He took video and photos of us as we went along and sent them to us afterwards. The coastal road is spectacular and we stopped several times on the way so we could drink in the view. Just note that this tour only gives you half an hour in Positano before you cycle back. The best thing about electric bikes (this was our first time on one) is that you can enjoy the incredible scenery while the bike does the hard work for you. Highly recommended.These guys are pros. These guys are pros. We opted for the road bikes instead of ebikes but both were available. Fabio greeted us at the appointed spot in Sorrento and set us up with Peter who got our bikes ready, added our clips and provided water bottles which we had forgotten. The bikes were awesome (Giants) and well maintained. We had a fabulous ride, ending in a really fun visit to a farm that made cheese. It was truly one of the highlights of our holiday! Nous avons loué 3 vélos électriques pour la journée pour explorer les alentours de Sorrento et la côte et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les vélos très bien entretenus avec pres de 60 km d'autonomie nous ont permis de gravir les cotes sans difficultés et de profiter des paysages magnifiques de la région m, de nous arreter dans les criques. Ils sont une très bonne alternative aux voitures ou scooters. Pietro, Clelia et Fabio sont super, flexibles, réactifs, très gentils et nous ont donné de très bons conseils quant aux itinéraires possibles et aux plages à découvrir dans la région. Je recommande leur service à 100 pour cent nous avons été vraiment satisfaits!
