Amazing trip,took us all around the island .The guide /driver spoke good English ,explained is the history of the different places in detail and took time to wait for us if we were late .great food by the natural pools restaurant with amazing views and great value .highly recommended trip,well worth the money !Rui our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease especially when driving through the mountains and driving through a cloud at one point. He kept the energy up throughout the day and we would recommend this tour.

Had THE MOST amazing day with Raphael. Brilliant guide, very informative, fantastic off-roading - brilliant summary of the island. BUT very very awful customer service. Our trip ended with us dealing with the police and coast guard services for hours. After asking for a refund the boss of the company shouted down the phone at a member of our party for over 25 mins. It was also implied we did not do anything to help with the incident despite offering medical assistance (had 2 doctors in party) and assisting police.All tour was excellent and I highly recommend that. The view points ware amazing and beautiful. The tour guide/driver was very helpful and answered all questions. He knew the history of the island.

He knew the history of the island.We had a great day out with Bruno as our driver . He seemed a very experienced and capable driver on the off road parts - be prepared to have a fun ride ! We had ample time at the pools but the interior was misty and colder - take a jumper and possible waterproof top . Definitely recommended
