What to expect
On debarkation please follow these simple steps:
1. After passport control and baggage claim make your way to the Ground Transportation Pick up area or ridesharing companies.
2. Look out for your driver who will be holding a sign with your name on it.
4. Please keep always your mobile phone ON for driver's status notifications via SMS.
5. Once you are in our vehcile the ride will take around 50 minutes and we will drop you off right at your destination.

We were not able to leave the cruise ship on time due to problems in immigration/customs. Our ship did not let us disembark in time to get our transfers. We were scheduled to leave @ 8:15 and were not released off until 10:30. I tried to explain that to the driver and Around the Clock that we were unable to leave due to no fault of our own they sent another driver but we missed him as well. Once we left the ship customs was two hours more due to roughly 4,000 passengers in line. We would greatly appreciate a refund.
