The soba you make yourself is much more delicious than any soba you've ever eaten.
Soba making experience flow

② Roll out the soba
③ Cut the soba
④Enjoy tempura and shabu-shabu with soba noodles made by Japanese chefs
The actual soba-making experience takes about 30 minutes. After that, it will be a tasting and all the required time
If it is around 1 hour and 15 minutes, it will all be over.
Even small children can feel free to enjoy making soba noodles.
*Inquiries: Since our restaurant operates as a handmade soba restaurant during lunchtime, we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the same day.
Also, regarding the start time of the experience, if you are late, you may inconvenience other customers who have started the experience. If you can't come by the start time, we will treat it as cancellation without notice.

蕎麦って意外と力がいるもんなんですね！ それだけに自分で打った蕎麦も味は格別でした！ じゃがいものおでんも美味しかったなー！ スタッフも優しく教えてくれたので楽しいひとときが過ごせました。ありがとうございました！

It was a great experience of learning how to handmade soba. It was such an ad hoc idea and the restaurant is so easy and convenience to make the arrangement. The sensei is so nice and patient and details. We have such a great fun experience and definitely recommending to our friends and you guys....
