Wow! Captain Claudio did not disappoint. He is very proud of Ponza and Palmarola which makes his tour even more enjoyable. Claudio is very sweet and always smiling. He was very accommodating with ideas on where’re to stay in Ponza and Restaurants. In Ponza, I love that everybody knows him, and respects him. We did not have time to tour Palmarola, but I am certain we will be back. I highly recommend Claudio and his ship, which used to be his fathers lobster boat. Thank you Claudio.Wow! This was a perfect dream. Claudio was fabulous. Despite the swell, he was able to calmly and safely navigate us away from the rougher waters and took us to some of the most beautiful and quiet swimming areas. He was patient and happy to let us swim or float for however long we desired. He kindly offered Prosecco, some light snacks, and even showed us a tasty place to pick up our lunch before we climbed aboard. He even met us and dropped us off right at the port which was extremely helpful. His boat is picturesque and meticulously cared for, having been in his family for decades. He clearly takes so much pride and it and seemed to genuinely enjoy sharing his love of the water with us. It was contagious! It truly was a perfect day. My mother-in-law later described this as her “favorite day of vacation ever” !!! Highly recommend.
