What to expect
From December 15th thru April 15th enjoy an unforgettable experience aboard a Luxurious Sailing Catamaran, tour last for 2 hours and during that time the Captain and Crew Members will be attentive to the sightings of the whales to head towards them for a closer encounter, always following the guidelines of the port authorities to keep a safe distance. Sailing Experience includes an open bar and an attentive crew members that will make sure you have an incredible adventure. You will be require to relax, enjoy and be attentive for the incredible humpback or gray whales.
The tour will be departing from the beautiful Marina and will be sailing along the amazing waters of the Sea of Cortez looking for the giant whales.

Sitting in the front of the vessel watching for whales was beautiful. We did see a few whales, but unfortunately for us, no breaching or whale tails...not the fault of the crew of course! It was very low key with only 4 of us on board. The service was excellent and everything about the vessel ...
Sitting in the front of the vessel watching for whales was beautiful. We did see a few whales, but unfortunately for us, no breaching or whale tails...not the fault of the crew of course! It was very low key with only 4 of us on board. The service was excellent and everything about the vessel was upscale and well maintained. However, I would not recommend it due to the cost of the trip. While we appreciated the small group approach, we did not travel very far up the coastline and the breakfast was a few small pancakes and fruit (the margarita was very good). Additionally, there was absolutely no information provided by the crew regarding the whales we were viewing or their migration. If you are looking for an educational type of tour, this isn't the one to take.The Albatros is a beautiful boat and we could not have had a more perfect experience. Topi, Lupe and Alma were welcoming and determined to make our whale watching trip memorable and they did! We happened upon a group of whales and stayed with them for quite a while, while they and a group of dolphins danced around us. What a great adventure. Do not miss out on this opportunity. I was so happy that we found this hidden gem near our hotel on San Jose del Cabo and did not have to travel all the way into downtown Cabo for whale watching. Highly recommend this group for whale watching, snorkeling or sunset sail.We had so much fun with Sergio and Juan! They kept us entertained while being respectful to the whales. Totally relaxing and worth the money!
