Through this activity I will be able to demonstrate to our travelers the true Neapolitan passion. Our culture is to use cooking in line with our passion to show the world how beautiful and rich Italian cuisine is. What to expect
I will put all my experience as a pizza maker at your disposal, revealing a few little secrets.
You will then have a tasting of various types of round and fried pizza with locally grown and strictly seasonal products.
I will be happy to welcome you to my family villa, a refined, simple and traditional location, located in the center of Ischia. It will truly be a unique experience. But it doesn't end there.
At the end of the experience, I will leave you a real recipe book that will be really useful for you to enjoy and share this fantastic dish with friends or relatives.
NB: In the structure you can find and buy from a selection of local wines and handcrafted cocktails.

• 2 different types of fried pizza - The classic montanara, strictly served with local products grown by me, and the classic Neapolitan calzone
• Neapolitan pizza with different toppings - Pizzas with strictly seasonal ingredients and products from my garden
• Strips of pizza - Fried pizza strips with nutella and powdered sugar

We prepared the dough on a beautiful farm table in his courtyard and cooked in a wood burning pizza oven. You will come out significantly more knowledgeable and having made friends in the process. My mom, sister and I were in Ischia for a few nights and got to enjoy pizza making with Andrea. The family home where the class is hosted is absolutely beautiful, and we were able to walk there easily from where we stayed near the main port. Andrea is clearly expert at his craft and an excellent teacher. I think it will take us at least a few tries before we get the hang of making the dough, but it was fun to try his technique and I feel equipped to attempt it again on my own. I was welcomed into this beautiful and secluded outdoor living area with a gourmet kitchen, mature fruit trees, and a warm greeting by Andrea. I felt like family invited to learn long-held secret recipes. I created a traditional Neapolitan pizza, fried pizza, and a calzone (which you see in the photos). Words cannot describe my tasty results as we ate under the covered pergola with ice-cold beer. I took away so many tips and trick that I now duplicate in my own pizza oven with raves from family and friends. I would give my experience ten-stars and hope to go back someday. Andrea is an amazing instructor!
