This is false advertising and way overpriced. There is no guide or group. The restaurant had no idea what we were talking about when we described the event. Once they finally figured out why were there we were treated like “coupon customers” (which I guess we were). The service was terrible and the pizzas were awful. My wife was sick about an hour later - most likely food poisoning. So we didn’t even get to go to the concert. We paid about $50 for a $15 meal (IF the concert truly was $25). This is a scam and now I know why there are no reviews. Go to a nice restaurant on your own and make your own way to the concert. Trip Advisor: you should take this off your site! The church was pretty and inviting and the Opera performance and piano were great. Really lovely. The church was pretty and inviting and the Opera performance and piano were great. Really lovely. The overall rating was dragged down by the resteraunt experience before hand. We arrived ahead of time by 10-15 mins and were told that our reservation had only just been received and that they were full. We were then told that we could wait for 30 mins to be seated. Many people arrived (who had obviously booked direct) and were seated. Our 30 min wait became a 1hr and 10 min wait in the end, regardless of me highlighting to the manager our time constraints. He then seated us with less than 30 mins until we had to be at the Opera. We were set down in a corner I'm the basement. We were not given a menu as it was presumed that we should know what we wanted as it was a set menu (which we had not seen). I also flagged that we were due a dessert. We quickly chose a pizza each and this was delivered to us as soon as the chef and waiting staff could but we only had 10 min to eat before we had to go. So we didn't finish our pizza and had no dessert. For this reason I would appreciate a partial refund. The manager should have not made us wait and just said he would refund the provider we purchased our ticket from so we could go elsewhere. We had just come from a long day travelling and were so hungry and tired. This was meant to be a birthday present experience for my mum but this ruined it to be honest. The service at the restaurant was great, but the pizza was watery…lower quality cheese? I read somewhere that the dress code was smart casual so we dressed in long pants and that was a huge mistake. Wear cool comfortable clothing. Don’t worry about following a dress code. Lots of the audience members were in shorts. We were miserable because we weren’t.Quaint restaurant in interesting part of town. Food was good with sizeable portions. Short walk to the church for a beautiful concert- the singer and pianist were extraordinary. Just happened to be all saints day so we were delighted by a fireworks display en route back to our hotel. Lovely evening

Lovely eveningI love my opera but my husband would rather go to a rock concert so this was an ideal introduction for him. The songs were the 'hits' from the opera world entertainingly performed and the programme not too long. Bravo to the performers!

The dinner was nice. The cost is well worth. Attending an opera in Italy with perfect piano solos.
