We had the pleasure of going on a tour of Tuscany with Roberto, Sara, and Raul, and it was an unforgettable experience. Roberto, Sara, and Raul were incredibly courteous, helpful, and informative throughout the journey. Their knowledge and passion for the region were evident, making the tour educational and engaging. The wine tasting experience in Chianti was a highlight of the trip. It was a unique and exciting opportunity to savor the local wines and immerse ourselves in the rich culture of the area. I highly recommend this tour with Roberto and his team to anyone who wants to explore the treasures of Tuscany with a group of dedicated and friendly guides. It was an exceptional adventure that I'll cherish forever.Pros: Jacob, tour guide was good, kind, tried to be helpful. Sites were beautiful. Food was good at the lunch and wine tasting stop. Pros: Jacob, tour guide was good, kind, tried to be helpful. Sites were beautiful. Food was good at the lunch and wine tasting stop. Bus was clean. Cons: no bathroom on the bus?!!! There was one there, locked and marked private. Not enough time to explore. Spent as much time walking to and from bus as we were given to see the site. Time to snap a couple pictures and run like hell to get to the meeting place to leave. We got lost, our fault, but were told to call the company for directions for the meeting point. The people we were told to call for help didn't speak English. If they're catering to Americans, they should be able to speak so they can help. Thanks to locals, we were able to catch the bus. From then on we put a phone ping on so it was easier to get to the meeting place. All things for lunch were made on site and their wines and products were all for sale. Put 58 people trying to shop and check out.....we had 10 minutes. Again, not near enough time to give the place justice. Went to a medieval city, beautiful. Tons of shops, sites for scenic photos. Again, as much time was spent walking to and from as we were given to snap pics and run. Pisa. Beautiful place. Time to snap a picture and run. Would have loved to have been able to go in and experience being there. There was also a cathedral and baptistry that we would have loved to explore. After a 7 hr day and ready to ride back to Florence, all 58 of us were famished. A lot of us grabbed something to eat on the bus on the way back. When we got on, we're told the bus driver had just cleaned the bus while we were at our stop.....and we were asked not to eat on the bus. Babies and toddlers should not be allowed, makes the whole bus miserable. Not the kids fault, they're going to get tired and cranky. But no one else wants to listen to it. Overall impression: we learned a lesson, don't book an all day excursion. If you're fine just snapping a picture, go for it. If you actually want to SEE a place and get full benefit of it, don't book this one. Pick an excursion that caters to something specific so you can spend time enjoying it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Our tour of Pisa was an unforgettable experience, largely due to the impeccable expertise and charisma of our host, Jacob.
