If I could give a 4.5 rating, I would. We took a taxi from the train station which was further to our hotel in the old town than we’d expected (and cost quite a bit). We hadn’t realized that the old part was only a small section of the city and in the two nights/days we had there we didn’t get to any other locations within the city. We loved our hotel, The Hotel Beek, for its character, cleanliness, breakfast and location. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling through the quaint streets and eating in several of the fine restaurants. We also liked the casino tour, the gardens and the spa. Highly recommend this town for a short but very interesting stay.
