Extremely disappointed. I paid for the tour and got the confirmation, was waiting in the hotel lobby for an hour but nobody showed up to pick me up. Was trying to contact the agency but nobody replied from their side. It was my last day in the city and I was hoping to do sightseeing. I did not. ...
Extremely disappointed. I paid for the tour and got the confirmation, was waiting in the hotel lobby for an hour but nobody showed up to pick me up. Was trying to contact the agency but nobody replied from their side. It was my last day in the city and I was hoping to do sightseeing. I did not. And I also didn’t have a chance to book a new tour because it has to be done in advance and, as you know - nobody notified me that this tour was not happening. By the way, no one has replied to me at all and I’m still waiting for the refund. Not recommended.
