Be warned, Trip Advisor failed to follow up on our reservation with us and this tour operator. A quick phone call to Rob fixed the problem on Sunday morning so off we went to see Ketchikan. Capt Rob Holston is a local and knows the area well. Forget the junk shops and see some beautiful vistas and hidden gems. As a photographer I appreciated his suggestions and places we went that resulted some beautiful images. My wife had a blast with iPhone camera too. The home made cookies and brewed coffee were great too. Before you order salmon to ship home ask him the fish lady. 5 stars and future repeat customer. Would recommend for friends and family.Best shore excursion of our cruise. Rob is very genuine and eager to provide a worthwhile experience. Made a very wet day enjoyable and informative.
