Penang Batik Factory is one of the pioneers of batik manufacturing on the island. Established in 1973 by Craft Batik Sdn Bhd, it is set in Teluk Bahang, a short walk away from the Penang Botanic Gardens. The complex is divided into three sections: an art gallery, boutique and workshop.

Interesting tour with excellent tour guide. Entopia Butterfly Farm was most enjoyable and arriving early in the day was great as we missed the crowds which we building as we left. The Tropical Spice Garden not so exciting. The tour was worthwhile just to get out of Georgetown and see other parts...
