The zip lines here are decent they are like the Honda of zip lining. Comparing it to the zip lines in Costa Rica that’s more of the Cadillac of zip lining. You can’t really enjoy the views while zip lining because you are too focused on slowing down on the zip line and your head is towards the sky. I ended up hitting the tree on the first zip line because it is so hard to slow down. They don’t give you any gloves to slow down on and the equipment is very old and worn. The water in the rivers were nice but F R E E Z I N G cold! They do not offer lockers, before you zip line you along with other “zipliners” put your belongs in a file type cabinet with a lock on it. As for the food, it was decent, but it’s expensive. It wasn’t worth the price. They added gratuity to our small group of 3 people, which was kind of frowned upon. When paying the server he expected to keep my change and I would of let him keep it but you just charged us your own tip? I also didn’t like how they brought the food out too early when my group was still zip lining. I highly recommend you book your reservation with transportation because we rode up with a taxi and the issue was no signal getting a taxi and taxis don’t like to drive up the mountain. Luckily we caught a ride with a shuttle that was headed back to town and paid them with cash. This is a spot more geared towards locals or citizens of Mexico not really for American tourist. We didn’t purchase any pictures from them I think it was $30 a person. We didn’t have time for the tequila tasting because it was already closed. The restrooms have no running water and no shower. The zip line helpers were very attentive: Menor David Catfish I can’t remember the other names. We showed up on our own (without a tour- just bought basic tickets on their website) and jumped right into the zip line. We showed up on our own (without a tour- just bought basic tickets on their website) and jumped right into the zip line. Our guide Richie was hysterical and had us laughing the whole way! The zip lines were some of the longest and highest we had ever done and it was amazing. We loved hiking through the jungle between the zip line starting points, and also enjoyed having a leisurely lunch and exploring the river and waterfalls afterwards. There were no crowds here so it felt like we had the place almost to ourselves. It was a wonderful day. Note there is another zip line company next door called Eden Canopy. Make sure you go to Edenva for the amazing experience! This gem is hidden in the hills above puerto vallarta. The dirt road is rugged and very intimidating. The river has many pools of clear but cool water. It takes some getting used to, but it's a great hike. You can eat at the restaurant down at the center. It's some amazing food. I had the shrimp cocktail which was loaded with shrimp and my wife had the shrimp ceviche. She said it was the best she had ever had. I'd have to agree with her.Wonderful experience the whole family enjoyed. An adventure getting to the park and once in the park. Zip lines were amazing. Food and drinks were delicious. Wonderful experience the whole family enjoyed. An adventure getting to the park and once in the park. Zip lines were amazing. Food and drinks were delicious. Natural pool was refreshing after the zip line. I don’t like heights but everyone was very helpful and I had no problems. I would go again and will recommend friends and family to go when they come to visit PV.We had done this zip line 11 years ago and were excited to repeat it. We had done this zip line 11 years ago and were excited to repeat it. It was a fun experience but a couple of things made if less than appealing. During the orientation the two guides we had shot off the F word more than once. One of the guides repeatedly acted as if he were on a stripper pole and gyrated all over the place. That continued throughout the experience. Still we loved the lines and the beauty of the area. My husband, who is overweight was constantly subjected to the guides patting his belly, asking him how much he weighed and just being disrespectful when he landed at the end of each line. The worst part was when we came to the last line. We were subjected to a lecture about proper tipping. Our guide told us we should be respectful for their work....he said they didn't want any 'forty pesos', they wanted American money and that the appropriate tip would be $40 dollars per couple. We gave them $60 for three couples and then they followed us around with their hats heldd out. It almost felt like a hostage situation. We finally threw more money at them just to be done with this. The area is beautiful and the reason we went back, but the bullish behavior will definitely cause us to choose another zip line experience next time.We did the zip line activity with our daughter . We did the zip line activity with our daughter . We weren’t allowed to take a phone or camera with us to take pictures. We then paid for pictures that had been taken by one of the staff members . The pictures were supposed to be emailed to us.We haven’t received the pictures and haven’t heard back from them despite multiple phone calls , emails and Facebook messages. So very disappointing especially since those were the only pictures we have of our daughter zip lining. We will be reporting them to the Mexican business bureau
