Put on a lab coat and get ready to visit a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory! Discover the production secrets, see where the cows are bred and milk, witness the whole cheesemaking process, then complete the visit with a delicious tasting!
• Visit to the cowshed, the Parmigiano Reggiano's cheese factory and seasoning room
• Welcome breakfast and Tasting of 3 seasonings of Parmigiano Reggiano, traditional cold cuts, a glass of Lambrusco wine and other local products included
• Claudio will uncover and explain every step of the Parmigiano Reggiano making process
• Disposable gown and hygienic cap to visit the cheese factory will be provided
