What to expect

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Port of Le Havre, Le Havre, France

This fascinating Paris shore excursion begins at the Le Havre cruise ship port.

Our friendly hosts will greet you outside the cruise ship terminal. You will then board a comfortable, air-conditioned bus and set out on a 3-hour journey through the beautiful Norman countryside.

Our tours are tailored to the ships' docking times, ensuring a prompt start and punctual return to the port with plenty of time to spare before your ship’s departure.

As Paris is far from the port, there is limited time for exploration. This excursion offers a tour with a licensed guide, and a brief shopping/lunch break, but please note there won't be time for extensive shopping or a sit-down meal.

If you are interested in a tour with more free time, we recommend our other Paris shore excursion: "Shop & Dine", including a brief panoramic tour, and more free time around the Champs Elysees. Due to the limited time in port, it is unfortunately impossible to combine shopping, a sit-down meal, and sightseeing.

Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Eiffel Tower, 5 Avenue, 75007 Paris France

Our first stop will be the most iconic landmark in the world - the Eiffel Tower! Located in the heart of Paris, the Eiffel Tower is not just any ordinary attraction - it's a cultural icon that represents France's engineering excellence and rich history.

Here, you will meet your local tour guide, who will be with you every step of the way, sharing fascinating facts about the tower's history and culture. They'll also help you capture the perfect photo to commemorate your visit to this must-see attraction.

Please note that, due to the security measures, a visit inside can take 2 to 3 hours, and for this reason, we will only be visiting from outside.

After 15-30 minutes at the Eiffel Tower, you will board the bus for a spectacular panoramic tour of the City of Light.

  • This is a guided sightseeing tour that does not allow for a sit-down meal or shopping. For a tour including more free time, we recommend choosing our second shared shore excursion, the "shop & dine tour, " which includes only a brief panoramic bus tour of the city. As we have limited time in port, it is not possible to combine all three activities. For a personalized experience, please choose a private shore excursion. We can customize it to your preferences, including inside visits.
  • This tour is not suitable for passengers with mobility scooters or traveling with wheelchairs. Only light, foldable wheelchairs can be accommodated. Private tours with wheelchair-adapted vehicles can be arranged.

  • Cruise with confidence: in case your ship cannot dock, we will provide a full refund!
  • Visiting the Eiffel Tower: Our standard itineraries do not include an opportunity to visit the Eiffel Tower's interior. During the high season, it is recommended to allocate at least 1.5 to 2 hours for the entire Eiffel Tower experience, even with a skip-the-line ticket. This is due to the time required for security checks, ascent, and descent. Our two tour options allocate 15-30 minutes at the Eiffel Tower. If you wish, you may visit the Eiffel Tower independently and rejoin the tour by taxi later. However, please note that you'll need to locate the tour group on your own, as shared tours follow a predetermined route and cannot be delayed for individuals. We generally advise against going up the Eiffel Tower during our tour, as it may consume most of your time in Paris on a busy day. For a more personalized experience, we offer customizable guided private or semi-private tours with licensed Parisian guides who can create your perfect itinerary including inside visits. If interested, please contact us for a quote.

The bus trip was comfortable & educational. The driver even assisted me by taking my photo. He was friendly and personable. The van driver left a bad taste in my mouth. He phoned a couple in the lobby. I had to ask if he was from Viator. He never returned the “Good morning”. Just took my bags. I ...
